In conclusion, the reassearch collected shows that with social media influence, anxiety is continuing to rise within teens. With the different graphs showing the trends being looked up along with the rates at which anxiety is being looked up, they show a good correlation that the two seem to relate. After reading these articles and looking at the graphs, its clear to me that along with all of the accomplishments and uses of technology, there will be many new issues we are going to have to learn to deal with. It's no secret that teens have, and likely always will, struggle with self imaging, comparing, easily distracted and many other actions that lead to consequences like anxiety, but along with this pattern we need to notice that this can either worsen with technology, or we can use it to help. Technology won't be going away, and with it neither will social media, it will only get more prevelant. It is going to be apart of our lives and our future generations lives no matter what, so after reading this, I hope that we can somehow learn and realize that in no way are we going to be able to get rid of anxiety or social media, but instead lets learn and teach to use it in a away that spreads more postivety than spreading self hate using it in ways that are detrimental to our mental health.
